Having come to the area on holiday for the week the last thing I expected was to have a problem with my teeth.

However that’s what happened so having contacted yourselves I was extremely grateful you were able to see me.

I know diagnosing the problem was not easy as I have seen two dentists locally and both said the problem was sensitivity.

I am pleased to tell you that you seem to have got to the true root of the problem (quite literally) and the root canal treatment you did was exactly what was required. Less than 24 hours on and I can comfortably eat with both sides of my mouth and the sensitivity has gone completely.

Thanks to everyone at the practice the service was second to none.

I joined the practice with a terrifying phobia, to the extent that my teeth were in an awful state – I was just too scared to ever visit a dentist. Fin was so patient with me, reassuring me throughout treatment and checking I was OK all the time. All of the nurses were so kind and understanding, and also a lot of fun.

The Reception Team followed up with phone calls and emails post treatment just to check I was feeling OK, and any questions or concerns I’ve had have been dealt with immediately and appropriately.

It took quite a few hours in that special chair, but it’s resulted in the kind of teeth I thought only other people could have and, maybe even more importantly, no more fear.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Carriage Works to anyone, especially nervous patients.
