Zero tolerance policy for verbal and physical abuse towards our staff

We are all working extremely hard and we understand that you may have to wait longer for an appointment as we are trying to catch up with the back log since COVID. We appreciate that it can be frustrating but please treat our team with respect. They are working extremely hard to accommodate as many patients as possible.

If we are having to cancel or delay your appointment it will be for a genuine reason. We are having to prioritise high needs patients and urgent care.
