Will I lose my NHS space as my appointment has been cancelled and not rebooked at the moment? Absolutely not.
I’m in a course of treatment will I still be able to have my treatment that I’ve paid for within this NHS course? Yes, all courses of treatment are on pause , the NHS has given us an extension on the time we have to complete your treatment given the current COVID19 pandemic . All deposits paid for treatments will still be on your accounts.
Will I be contacted to rebook ? Yes , our team have got a full list of patients that have been cancelled during this period so we will call/email/text when we can book you back in.
I’ve been in pain/have outstanding treatment, will my care be prioritised when you reopen? Absolutely yes
