Update – Reopening 8th June

After last nights announcement we have already had a lot of enquiries from our patients about rebooking appointments from the 8^th June onwards.

During the time we haven’t been able to provide face to face care of our patients our team have been making preparations to ensure we are ready to reopen when the announcement came.

It has been well publicised the struggles that the medical profession have had to obtain suitable personal protective equipment. We are working to obtain sufficient supplies so we have everything we need to protect our staff and patients.

We are confident we have all of our preparations in place , our staff have been doing training to ensure that we can provide our patients with the high level of care we pride ourselves on in the safest environment , we will always be following the most up to date national guideline as we always have.

When we reopen on the 8^th June we will have to prioritise dental emergencies and patients with outstanding treatment that have been having problems during lock down.

When we return there will be changes in the way we work with possible longer appointments , gaps between appointments and social distancing at the practice.

If you have contacted us during the time we have been closed and spoken to one of our on call dentists or a member of our reception team please be reassured your name has been added to our list of all the patients that will need to be see as soon as physically possible. We will contact you to book these appointments.
