Update and reminder about the current situation

Currently we are prioritising urgent care and vulnerable patients, we have also started to contact patients in the order of when they were cancelled to offer routine examinations.

For any patients having problems please contact the practice where one of our reception team will take some details and arrange a telephone triage call with one of our dentists. This then helps us to book you the most suitable appointment for the problem you are experiencing.

Just a reminder for all patients with appointments booked that we will be contacting you 24 hours before your appointment to complete the COVID screening process. This may be to ask the screening questions over the phone if you are not able to use the patient portal to submit your answers via the email reminder 24 hours before your appointment

It is extremely important that we are able to do this screening process so that we can provide everyone’s care safely and efficiently. Patients must not enter the practice until this process has been completed

Please be reassured that you will not loose your place with the practice if it has been some time since we have seen you due to the cancelations because of the pandemic.
