Patient COVID 19 Update
Following guidelines set out by NHS England on the 25th March, the practice will now be temporarily closed as per national instruction https://www.england.nhs.uk/coronavirus/publication/preparedness-letters-for-dental-care/ for direct patient care, even in the event of an emergency. We would like to reassure you that we will continue to triage our patients via remote advice, analgesia and antimicrobial where indicated.
If you have a dental emergency, please contact the surgery during working hours on 01208 873290 or email email@example.com. Where a member of our team will speak to you and arrange a call back from a dentist. We will then give you advice and triage your dental problem. Patients who require emergency treatment after thorough triage will be referred to an urgent dental care service.
Patients CAN NOT be seen at dental practices that have not been designated as urgent dental care sites.
These measures are in place to break the cycle of spread of COVID 19 and to protect the vulnerable from asymptomatic carriers. We understand this worrying time for our patients. We are all working hard playing our part to help the NHS and the wider community.
