We are all working extremely hard and we understand that you may find it frustrating if you are not be able to have the appointment you want or have to wait longer for an appointment.

We appreciate that it can be frustrating but please treat our team with respect. They are working extremely hard to accommodate as many patients as possible.

If we are having to cancel or delay your appointment it will be for a genuine reason. We are having to prioritise high needs patients and urgent care.

We operate a zero tolerance policy verbal and physical abuse towards our staff.
