Receptionist opportunity at Carriageworks Dental

We are looking for a Full/Part Time Receptionist to join friendly our team of forty-three. We are an independent award-winning mixed NHS and private practice. Excellent Hygienist, therapist, and support staff with a great working environment. We provide general dentistry, advanced restorative, implants, anterior alignment orthodontics, endodontics, periodontics, facial aesthetics and conscious sedation.
Purpose of job:
As a member of our reception team, you will be responsible for a huge part of the patient journey. As first point of contact you will be providing a first-class patient experience either over the phone or in person – your positive input and top rate customer service is crucial. You will be joining a busy reception team of five, you will be responsible for arranging appointments and taking care of all communication with patients by telephone, email, and letter. Your contribution and experience will be paramount as you will be the key link between patient and clinician and will be crucial to the ongoing success and development of our expanding practice.
Attributes and experience
- Reception and administration experience essential (Dental or medical preferred)
- Great communicator
- Excellent I.T skills

Qualifications and knowledge
Desirable
- Dental or medical reception experience although full training will be provided
- Experience using Exact SOE
