Loss of front tooth implant case

Before

This 25 year old lady came to me after having a fall and losing her upper left incisor and fracturing the upper right incisor.

After discussing the treatment options with the patient she decided that she wanted to have an implant to fill the gap of the missing tooth and to preserve bone as well has needing a root canal filling on the fractured tooth and a crown.

After

As this was a trauma case we needed to place a dental implant as soon as possible for the best long term results.
